The Job Location is at Gurgaon , Haryana , Key Responsibilities: A Legal Liaisoning Manager is a role focused on bridging the gap between a company's legal and regulatory needs and external stakeholders, including government bodies and legal counsel. This role involves managing legal documentation, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. A key aspect is building and maintaining strong relationships with various government agencies and other relevant bodies. Key Responsibilities: Legal Documentation: Reviewing, drafting, and managing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memorandums of understanding. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to land acquisition, construction, and environmental matters. Liaisoning with Authorities: Establishing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and clearances. Land Acquisition: Managing the legal aspects of land acquisition, including due diligence, title verification, and documentation. Litigation Management: Assisting in litigation matters, coordinating with external legal counsel, and providing expert advice on legal issues. Risk Assessment: Identifying and assessing legal and regulatory risks associated with the company's operations and providing mitigation strategies.
