Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant, located in Dehradun. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with their jewellery purchases, providing knowledgeable service about our collections, maintaining the store’s appearance, dealing with suppliers, and contributing to the overall customer experience. Additionally, the Sales Attendant will ensure that customer interactions reflect the values of trust, authenticity, and personalised service that define our brand. Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Knowledge of jewellery products and industry trends Ability to assist with sales, transactions, and inventory management Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining store appearance 3-5 years prior work experience in a sales environment. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in jewellery or sales are beneficial
