Apply Job Type Part-time Description The Grounds Night Crew Employee is responsible for assuring the park is clean and prepared for the next day’s operation by sweeping, leaf blowers and hosing down the park with large water hoses. This position is seasonal. Seasonal employees perform their work at certain seasons and periods of the year. Their work, by its nature, is not continuous nor is it carried on throughout the year. A seasonal employee who is employed at the conclusion of the season will be terminated. Requirements The Night Crew Employee must be able to pull and/or move heavy duty water hoses from one location to another with speed and efficiency, and must be able to closely monitor water spray to ensure safety of fellow employees and guests. Night Crew employees must able be able to move heavy items to clean underneath them. Able to work effectively independently as well as with a group. Able to move equipment which would include pushing, pulling, bending and lifting. Able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours. Able to walk quickly to/from job locations up to 1 (one) mile distance. Able to regularly lift and/or move up to 90 pounds. Apply Job Type Full-time Description The Art and Sign Shop Production Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality signage, graphics, and visual materials used throughout Lagoon Amusement Park. This includes operating a wide range of printing and fabrication equipment to support park operations, guest communication, safety, and branding efforts. The role is hands-on and production-focused, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. All work must be performed in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Requirements Essential Functions of the Job Operate and maintain a variety of sign production equipment, including, but not limited to, large format printers, thermal printers, vinyl cutters, laminators, CNC routers, etc. Perform finishing tasks such as trimming, mounting, laminating, grommeting, and assembly of signs and displays. Use hand tools and power tools for fabrication, installation, and general production work. Apply vinyl and graphics to various surfaces including sign blanks, vehicles, windows, and displays Prepare print-ready files using design software; make light adjustments as needed. Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to ensure consistent production quality. Track and maintain inventory of materials, supplies, and equipment Assist with signage installation, setup, or transport throughout the Park as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area. Collaborate with internal departments as well as outside vendors to meet production needs and deadlines. Adhere to all company safety standards and operational procedures. Required Qualifications/Abilities Must be at least 18 years of age Experience with production, printing and/or fabrication in a sign production shop preferred. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar design software is helpful Comfortable using and maintaining shop equipment and tools Strong mechanical and technical aptitude Excellent attention to detail and quality control Ability to follow production plans, work orders, and detailed instructions Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Able to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner.
