• Access Control & Visitor Management
• Check ID cards, maintain visitor logbooks, and regulate entry/exit of staff, students, parents, and visitors.
• Safety of Female Students/Staff

Provide security and assistance at female washrooms, hostels, or other designated areas.Conduct regular rounds of assigned areas, monitor CCTV if required, and promptly report any irregularities.Respond calmly to incidents, assist in evacuations, and alert authorities in case of emergencies.Ensure rules of the institution are followed; prevent unauthorized gatherings or activities.Support crowd management and security arrangements during school functions, parent meetings, or special events.Record and report daily security observations to the supervisor/administration.Help in managing lost and found items and ensuring they reach the appropriate authority.

Ensure the safety and well-being of students while boarding, travelling, and alighting from the school bus.

• Attendance & Headcount

Maintain an accurate headcount of students at pick-up and drop-off points; ensure no child is left behind.

• Assistance to Young Children

Help younger students with seating, belts, bags, or any other needs during the journey.

• Behaviour Management

Maintain discipline on the bus and create a calm, respectful environment.

• Emergency Handling

Assist the driver during emergencies; communicate promptly with the school/parents if an incident occurs.

• Communication

Coordinate with school authorities and parents regarding changes in routes, timings, or student issues.

• Cleanliness & Orderliness

Ensure the bus remains tidy and free of hazards for students.

• Special Needs Support

Provide extra care and assistance to students with special requirements, if any.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
