Looking for a telesales professional for home loans and LAPs (Loan Against Property) to make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Your primary responsibilities will include explaining products, services, and eligibility criteria to customers, as well as collecting data to enhance customer experience. With 1-2 years of relevant experience, you will be expected to handle outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in home loans, provide detailed explanations about loan products, interest rates, and eligibility requirements, and tailor solutions to meet customers" specific needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for collecting data on the impact of the company's services, following up with prospects post-sales meetings, and maintaining daily call records while submitting progress reports.
