To assist in the completion of administrative details and tasks required to maintain an efficient operational pattern for the Faculty. 4. To Maintain all records pertaining to students and department. Research & Development Responsibilities: 1. To Manage effectively and efficiently the research programs. 2. To Create an academic environment conducive to intellectual and research growth. 3. To Maintain the confidence and co-operation of the faculty and students engaged in academic activities. 4. To Identify opportunities for externally funded R&D projects, apply for funding, submit project proposals, follow up with the funding agencies, for securing sanction of projects. 5. To Identify external facilities where part of research activities, prototype development can be carried out; enter Into MoU with such organizations. 6. To Ensure that the lab facilities and other installations and capital equipment’s are used optimally.
