Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and proactive LabVantage Support Specialist to provide technical and functional support for the LabVantage LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LabVantage configuration, troubleshooting, and user support, ensuring smooth operation and optimal performance of the system across laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support for LabVantage LIMS users, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and guidance. Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards. Configure and maintain LabVantage modules, workflows, and user roles based on business requirements. Collaborate with laboratory staff, IT teams, and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions. Support data migration, validation, and integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES). Document support activities, system changes, and user guides for knowledge sharing. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and validation efforts. Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements where applicable. Must Have Skills 7+ years of experience supporting LabVantage LIMS or similar systems. Strong understanding of LIMS workflows, sample management, and laboratory processes. Experience with LabVantage scripting, Java, SQL, and system configuration. Familiarity with regulatory standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
