A labour helper and delivery boy is responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading goods, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining delivery vehicle records and cleanliness. Key duties include planning efficient delivery routes, handling packages with care, collecting signatures, managing payments, and ensuring all customer interactions are professional and efficient. Responsibilities

• Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading items into and from the delivery vehicle, ensuring they are handled safely and carefully to prevent damage.
• Delivery and Transport: Transport packages, documents, or merchandise to specified locations in a timely manner.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by interacting professionally with clients, confirming delivery details, answering questions, and handling complaints.
