Labour Room Nursing Staff

Need a labour room nurses for reputed hospital in Ghaziabad. Job Summary: The Labour Room Nurse provides care to mothers during labour, delivery, and immediate postpartum. Responsibilities include monitoring labour progress, assisting during deliveries, supporting mothers emotionally, and ensuring safe care for both mother and newborn. Key Responsibilities: · Monitor mother’s vitals, fetal heart rate, and labour progression · Assist obstetricians during normal and caesarean deliveries · Administer medications, IV fluids, and pain relief as prescribed · Provide emotional and physical support to mothers in labour · Care for the newborn immediately after birth (APGAR scoring, warmth, cleaning) · Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols · Document labour, delivery, and postpartum observations accurately Requirements: · GNM or B.Sc. Nursing · Training or experience in maternity/labour room preferred · Calm, supportive, and skilled in emergency obstetric care · Registered with the State Nursing Council Job Type: Permanent Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person
