Job Description : We are seeking a Project Engineer Civil with solid experience in high-rise residential projects to oversee and drive day-to-day site execution. The candidate should be capable of coordinating with supervisors and subcontractors, ensuring timely and quality work as per GFC drawings, and optimizing project execution strategies. A strong understanding of execution planning, structural detailing, quality control, and on-site problem-solving is essential. Key Responsibilities : Execution & Site Monitoring Supervise and manage the daily civil construction activities at site, especially for high-rise structures. Guide and coordinate with supervisors and subcontractors to meet daily execution targets. Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and construction methodology. Work Planning & Execution Strategy Prepare micro-level schedules and assist in the planning of shuttering, concreting, steel fixing, etc. Implement cost-effective work strategies to reduce rework and additional expenses. Plan resources – labour, materials, and tools – in advance for uninterrupted execution. Quality Control Conduct regular quality checks and inspections – shuttering alignment, rebar, concrete finishing, etc. Maintain QA/QC records and ensure compliance with approved checklists. Rectify defects and ensure zero deviation from project specifications. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with planning, billing, and QA/QC teams for streamlined execution. Escalate technical issues and site constraints to the Project Manager. Maintain accurate daily reports on labour deployment, productivity, and material usage. Technical Supervision & Documentation Interpret structural and architectural drawings for RCC works, blockwork, plastering, etc. Raise technical queries (TQs) in case of discrepancies and follow up for resolution. Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
