Escalate technical issues and site constraints to the Project Manager. Maintain accurate daily reports on labour deployment, productivity, and material usage. Technical Supervision & Documentation Interpret structural and architectural drawings for RCC works, blockwork, plastering, etc. Raise technical queries (TQs) in case of discrepancies and follow up for resolution. Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
