As the Human Resources Team Leader (Manager), you will lead the total human resources function at our dairy manufacturing plant in Silao, Mexico. Your responsibilities will encompass recruitment, employee relations, wage and benefit administration, training and development, regulatory compliance, policy administration, labor/union relations, work-life balance improvement, partner engagement, and communications. You will be in charge of recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees, along with policy administration, performance management, and fostering partner (employee) relations. Your role will also involve labor relations, including participating in contract negotiations, and administering internal job transfers at the plant. Additionally, you will provide partner training, drive HR process improvement, and collaborate with the Leadership Team to lead partners and work cross-functionally. Collaborating with the Plant Manager, you will play a key role in developing leaders and implementing Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives. Furthermore, you will communicate HR policies, compensation, benefits, and other HR initiatives to partners, working to enhance standard policies, processes, and the overall partner experience. It will be your responsibility to maintain partner and position information in HR Systems such as Workday and Kronos, and lead customer audits, including Code of Conduct, Sociability, and Sustainability. To succeed in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered. A minimum of 4 years of experience in human resources and/or leadership is preferred, along with fluency in Spanish and English. Experience in labor relations is desirable, as well as proven technical expertise in HR practices, employment law, and labor law. Strong presentation skills, effective communication abilities, and the capacity to deliver engaging presentations are essential. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a larger team, demonstrating a customer-centric approach, problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and forward-looking mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with the aptitude to become an expert in Workday, Kronos, and other internal software systems. Occasional travel, approximately 1-2 times a year, may be necessary to attend internal leadership training sessions.,
