Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive
fabric analysis
to evaluate material composition and structure
Measure
GSM (Grams per Square Meter)
to assess fabric weight
Conduct
colour fastness
tests to determine resistance to fading under different conditions
Carry out
washing fastness
evaluations to assess fabric durability during laundering
Analyze
tearing strength
and
breaking strength
to understand material endurance
Test and record
oil percentage in yarn
for quality and process control
Examine
tenacity of yarn
under different
stretching patterns
to evaluate strength characteristics
Assist in identifying and documenting
value addition
processes for textile products
Maintain accurate testing records and ensure compliance with laboratory standards
Collaborate with production and quality teams to interpret results and suggest improvements
