Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, ensuring accurate results, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Conduct laboratory tests and experiments following established protocols.
Maintain accurate records of test results and laboratory procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the laboratory.
Prepare and analyze samples using various laboratory equipment.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods.
Manage inventory and ensure proper maintenance of laboratory supplies and equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical or research environment.
Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and chromatography systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
