Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Support Staff to join our team at Tru Cal Metrology Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and support, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to the laboratory team.
Maintain accurate records of laboratory results and data.
Develop and implement new methods and procedures for laboratory testing and analysis.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laboratory equipment and software.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science or engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a supporting role.
Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with laboratory software and equipment is an asset.
