The job exists to provide quality, efficient and timely analytical support to product development team during method development and process optimization studies by analyzing samples of excipients, active drug substances and drug formulation, for chromatographic purity, assay, dissolution and related substances tests by GC and wet chemical techniques. Further is to execute all analytical work keeping in view the compliance, documentation integrity and performance execution. Execution of experiments during method development, method evaluation and analysis for optimization samples of drug products and out sourced API s. Calculation of data and preparation of results of analysis Handling troubleshooting Managing delivery within stipulated timelines Online observation of any failure of system and procedure and highlight the same to Lab supervisor Review of literature for effective use of knowledge during method development Interaction with Product development and Research and Support functions

Replenish lab supplies (e.g., gloves, soap, disinfectants) and assist with basic cleaning tasks. Report spills, damages, or hazards to the lab supervisor and maintain cleanliness logs if needed. Help in unpacking, labeling, and organizing lab materials and deliveries. Support in moving equipment, furniture, or supplies within the lab. Provide general support to lab staff during fieldwork or routine operations. Travel to field/home for data collection. Support any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or Principal Investigator (PI) related to the project.

Candle Testing Candle accessories Seasonal Decoration products Cookware Stationery Food Contact articles Hand tools ISTA Testing Preparing test reports. Analyzing applicable tests as per protocol. Communicating with HL CS and Supervisor for the required details from client side. Completing the testing and preparing the report and submitting the test results to lab supervisor. Management Prioritizes the application requests with requestors Allocates in a balanced way and regulates the workload of a team of application technicians Delivers application samples as per the service level agreements , the business priorities , the due delivery dates, the global best practice and quality standards, the Corporate QHSS&E rules , the good laboratory practice and using the global digital tools Operates as a back up to the application laboratory manager when needed Generates reports to manage raw materials and lab supplies Supports the manager in the lab supplies ordering process with the use of the digital tools

Analysis of in process, intermediate, raw material, packaging material, ETP and utility samples, stability samples, RD samples and other samples as per plant requirement as per defined STP s. Well versed with advance analytical instrument like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, particle sizer, KF titrator. Calibration of all equipment in QC department as per SOP s. To maintain the records of calibration, working standards, stability data, AMC, outside calibration records, instrument log book, validation report, in process and intermediates test reports as per GLP. To perform analytical method validation as and when required. To perform analytical method development project as and when required. To prepare and update the SOP s and STP s of QC department. To maintain 21 CFR part 11 compliance in the laboratory. To release the in process, intermediates samples within defined time line. To perform the sampling of raw materials, packaging materials as per sampling plan. To report any abnormality in analysis and timely reporting of OOS, incidence, disregard and deviation to the lab supervisor. To maintain calibration inside and outside, AMC and stability samples withdrawal schedule. To follow the instruction of lab supervisor for any specific task. M.Sc (chemistry)
