To excel in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Pharmacology or M.V.Sc Pharmacology, with 1-9 years of experience in the field. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. You must also demonstrate leadership capabilities by effectively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a culture of excellence, integrity, and professionalism.
