As a Time and Labor Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding Time and Labor Rules and Time Administration processing with implementation experience. You will serve as a subject matter expert in Time and Labor, executing fit/gap, configuration, design, testing, training, and leading the customer through the project to meet their needs. Your role will involve preparing Functional Designs for Conversions, Reports, and Customizations related to Time and Labor. You will create and review system test scripts extensively on Time & Labor modules and work on Leave Balance Conversions, custom Absence Upload Interface, Time and Labor conversions, and critical Reports. Furthermore, you will review conversion results/errors, provide feedback, conduct sessions on Time and Labor for the project team, and prepare training materials while ensuring their quality. You will be responsible for tracking, fixing, documenting, and closing defects identified during system testing of Time and Labor features. Your accountability will include reviewing deliverables, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.,
