We are looking for a reliable and multi-skilled individual to support various factory operations in Bahadurgarh. Your responsibilities will include driving, vendor coordination, field visits, and most importantly, manpower coordination and labor recruitment. It is essential that you are familiar with Bahadurgarh and can independently manage field responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the factory on a day-to-day basis. Your key responsibilities will involve performing local driving duties for material transport, document submission, and administrative errands. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing field-level tasks and recruiting and mobilizing labor from the field to prevent any labor shortages in daily factory operations. Maintaining updated contacts with manpower agents, contractors, and labor pools in the Bahadurgarh area is crucial, along with ensuring timely and independent fulfillment of all field and labor requirements. Additionally, you may be required to assist the factory admin team with support tasks as needed. To be considered for this role, you must have your own bike and a valid driving license, reside in Bahadurgarh, and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in field support or manpower coordination. A strong knowledge of labor availability and recruitment methods in local areas is essential, as well as familiarity with Bahadurgarh roads, vendors, and local labor networks.
