Job Description: We are hiring a full-time Order Confirmation Executive for our in-office team. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers to confirm their e-commerce orders and ensuring smooth coordination of the order process. Responsibilities: Call 100–200 customers daily to confirm their orders Accurately record confirmation status and order notes Maintain professionalism in every interaction Coordinate with dispatch/logistics team for updated status Report daily progress to team lead Job Type: Full-time, In-Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Requirements: Must be present in-office daily Good verbal communication in Hindi and basic English Basic computer knowledge for data entry Prior telecalling experience preferred but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
