As a Senior Food Regulatory Professional at LabelBlind Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in leading regulatory intelligence and ensuring compliance with domestic and international food labelling regulations. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading regulatory intelligence on domestic and export food labelling regulations across multiple markets such as EU, US, UK, GCC, Canada, APAC, SE Asia, Latin America. - Monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting global regulatory updates to provide actionable insights for food businesses. - Demonstrating an in-depth understanding of national and international food laws regarding additives, ingredients, nutrition information, metrology nuances, front of pack labelling, and advertising claims. - Supporting the digitization of regulatory frameworks into the company's SaaS platform. - Providing thought leadership in nutraceuticals, health supplements, and functional foods, which is considered an added advantage. - Collaborating with product, technology, and client teams to enhance digital regulatory solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 8 years of experience in food science, nutrition, or regulatory affairs, focusing on international food export regulations. - Strong working knowledge of labelling standards, claims regulations, and compliance requirements in key global markets. - Proven ability to track and analyze regulatory changes, advisories, and amendments. - Familiarity with nutraceuticals and health supplement regulations is highly desirable. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with industry, clients, and regulators. - Strong analytical and documentation skills to support the digitization of regulatory processes. - Industry understanding of trade policies, export compliance challenges, and regulatory impact on food businesses.
