We are looking for an experienced Senior Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, India. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the Blue Yonder WMS, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address the WMS backlog, and ensuring optimal system performance aligned with business objectives. Your role will involve close collaboration with onshore teams and stakeholders, working on-site 4 days a week during US EST time zone. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving items in the BY WMS backlog, designing and implementing custom solutions within the system, developing integrations with other enterprise systems, creating and modifying reports, conducting testing and deployment, maintaining documentation, providing support for WMS-related issues, recommending system enhancements, implementing quality assurance processes, facilitating effective communication between teams, and proactively addressing technical and operational challenges. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Blue Yonder WMS development and configuration. Proficiency in MOCA, Page Builder, BY Integrator, strong SQL skills, API development, and integration experience are required. You should also be familiar with reporting tools like Jasper Reports and label design software, possess problem-solving abilities, cultural awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Preferred qualifications include experience with additional BY modules, Agile development methodologies, knowledge of other WMS platforms or supply chain systems, and certifications related to Blue Yonder or supply chain management.
