Roles & Responsibilities: Perform and oversee molecular diagnostic testing related to hematological disorders (e.g., leukemia, lymphoma, hemoglobinopathies, clotting disorders). Conduct advanced techniques such as PCR, RT-PCR, NGS (Next-Generation Sequencing), FISH, flow cytometry , and other molecular assays.
