Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Electronics Lab Technician to join our R&D/Testing/Production lab in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will support engineers and researchers in setting up, maintaining, and operating electronic equipment for testing, prototyping, and diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in assembling, wiring, and testing electronic circuits and prototypes

Operate lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, soldering stations, etc.

Support in PCB soldering (through-hole and SMD), rework, and component mounting
-
Maintain proper documentation of test results, procedures, and lab inventory
-
Always Follow safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols

Support calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lab equipment

Inventory maintenance for all lab devices and electronic BOM
-
Collaborate with engineering teams for prototype development and debugging
-
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the electronics lab

Candidate well knowledge on 6S and follow safety guidelines
Required Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation

Basic understanding of electronic components and circuits

Hands-on experience with soldering and basic electronic tools

Familiarity with reading circuit diagrams and technical manuals

Good communication and teamwork skills

Freshers with strong practical knowledge are encouraged to apply
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Experience in PCB design tools (like Altium)

Knowledge of microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, STM32, PIC)

Experience in embedded systems or testing automation tools
Work Environment:

Based in our Bangalore facility (Lab environment – R&D or Testing Lab)
