Lab Technician (Rubber Testing)

As a Quality Inspector, your role involves ensuring that products and materials meet company standards. You will be responsible for inspecting products using tools like micrometers and calipers to measure against specifications. Your keen attention to detail will help you identify defects and deviations from quality standards. It will be crucial for you to maintain records of inspections, test results, and any corrective actions taken. Key Responsibilities: - Knowledge of Oscillating Disc Rheometer functions (Tensile Tests) - Inspect and Test Products to ensure they meet company standards - Measure and Compare products against specifications using tools like micrometers and calipers - Identify and report any defects or deviations from quality standards - Maintain records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions taken - Ensure production processes comply with industry standards and regulations - Collaborate with the production team to recommend adjustments and improvements to processes Qualifications: - Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure quality - Technical Skills: Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems - Problem-Solving: Ability to recommend corrective actions and improvements In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers Provident Fund as a benefit.
