Position Summary:

Konnect Diagnostics is seeking skilled and customer-friendly Phlebotomists to join our team. The role involves in-clinic sample collection and home visits for sample collection in and around Whitefield, Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood and other diagnostic samples from patients with care and accuracy.
• Visit patient homes for sample collection as scheduled.
• Label, store, and transport specimens securely and timely to the lab.
• Maintain hygiene, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent service.
• Maintain accurate records of collected samples and customer details.

Requirements:

• Education: DMLT / BMLT or relevant certification in phlebotomy or laboratory technology.
• Experience: 1+ years preferred; freshers with good training may also apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel locally for home collections (two-wheeler preferred).
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures and medical equipment.

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends
Salary: Competitive, based on experience + travel allowance (for home visits)
Location: Whitefield & surrounding areas, Bengaluru
