Job Description

Position: Lab Technician Location: Hyderabad Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years Industry: Healthcare / Hospital / Diagnostics Job Responsibilities: Perform routine laboratory tests, sample collection, and analysis as per standard protocols. Prepare specimens for analysis and ensure accuracy and quality in test results. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment with proper calibration and documentation. Follow safety procedures and infection control protocols strictly. Record and report results to medical officers and assist in diagnostics. Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of lab consumables. Coordinate with medical and support staff for timely patient care. Key Requirements: Diploma / B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT / BMLT). Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical lab/hospital diagnostic setup. Proficiency in pathology, biochemistry, microbiology, and hematology lab work. Strong knowledge of lab safety and quality standards (NABL preferred). Ability to work independently and handle lab operations efficiently. Preferred Skills: Good communication and reporting skills. Familiar with automated lab equipment and hospital information systems. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
