Position: Lab Technician (QA/QC) Summary: We are looking for a careful and detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our QA/QC team. You will perform tests, ensure quality, and keep accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Conduct tests on materials and products. Record and compare test results with standards. Identify and fix any issues in test results. Keep lab equipment clean and well-maintained. Prepare samples for testing and keep detailed records. Help prepare reports on test findings. Calibrate lab equipment to ensure accurate results. Follow all safety rules in the lab. Work with team members to improve testing procedures. Train and guide junior lab staff when needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in a lab setting. Strong attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Skills & Qualifications: Experience with lab testing procedures and equipment. Knowledge of quality control standards. Ability to read and understand technical documents.
