Process Optimization: Understanding the existing processes and optimizing the production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs wherever possible. 4. Support to Production team: Coordinate with the Process engineering team and production team for the scale up of formulated products / in-house synthesized products. 5. Support to QA team: Demonstration of newly developed testing methods to the QA team. Ensure product quality by developing and implementing rigorous testing protocols. Coordinate with the QA team for root cause analysis and providing corrective action for the internal and external customer issues. 6. Documentation and Report making: Prepare and maintain new development records which should include design formulations, design reviews, test results, Meeting minutes, customer queries, etc. Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge on IATF 16949, core tools like APQP, FMEA, PPAP and control plan. 7. Regulatory compliance: Ensure that the newly formulated products / synthesized polymers comply with national and international environmental and safety regulations (e.g. REACH, RoHS). 8. Team building: Develop cordial working relationships within the team to achieve the target.
