Job Description

Overall adherence to safe practices and procedures of oneself and the teams aligned
Contributing to development of procedures, practices and systems that ensures safe operations and compliance to company s integrity & quality standards

Ensuring safety of self, teams, and lab/plant by adhering to safety protocols and following environment, health, and safety (EHS) requirements always in the workplace.
Ensure all assigned mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures are completed on time by all members of the team including self

Compliance to Syngene s quality standards always

Hold self and their teams accountable for the achievement of safety goals
Govern and Review safety metrics from time to time .

Core Purpose of the Role:

To ensure compliance to Safety at workplace and place Safety at number one priority with Engineering and Projects.
Planning and executing Maintenance and calibration of instruments in Process Equipment, Lab Equipment, HVAC and Utilities.
To Verify and ensure of all PM and calibration activities are completed and labels are updated on the Instruments and equipment s.
To Perform and execute all the PM and breakdown calls for Discovery Biology lab equipment s.
To perform PM and support the breakdown calls for all equipment s in discovery biology.
To prepare and update SOPs Maintenance, Calibration, System and Operations.
To maintain spares, services, and AMC for Calibration / Maintenance.
To follow and ensure Safe work environment and working methods in the workplace for all activities.
To provide all requirements for OPEX related expenses for Discovery Biology.
To Provide monthly data for all reports required for KPI monitoring.

All SAP/Stores/Procurement related activities to be executed and processed in a timely manner.
To Ensure Data Integrity Compliance for Self.
