Motors / Blowers / Pumps ( rotary machines) testing. Proficiency in soldering techniques, including through-hole soldering, surface mount technology (SMT) soldering, and rework/reflow soldering. Solid understanding of electric motor operation, for PMDC, BLDC, and induction motors Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small electronic components and perform intricate soldering tasks. Knowledge and adherence of basic ESD protocols and Handling Electronics PCBAs. Knowledge of different soldering materials, fluxes, and solders, and their appropriate usage.
