As a Production Head at Carbon Circle's RNG plant in Richha (Baheri), District Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, you will be responsible for leading operations at our Compressed Biogas (CBG) facility. Your main tasks will include overseeing the overall digester performance, gas yield, upgrading quality, and laboratory operations. To qualify for this role, we are looking for candidates with a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline, with a preference for those with experience in biogas, wastewater, distillery, fertilizer, or chemical process industries. You should have 7-10 years of relevant experience and possess a strong understanding of anaerobic digestion, process controls, utilities, and lab integration. Your key responsibilities will involve ensuring the smooth operation of digesters, upgrading units, compressors, and utilities, monitoring gas production versus feed input, optimizing feedstock ratios, troubleshooting operational issues, and planning annual feedstock requirements based on availability. You will also be required to review lab data, supervise the lab staff, approve nutrient dosing and feedstock corrections, ensure compliance with statutory norms and safety regulations, lead the team of engineers, operators, and lab staff, and submit daily and monthly production reports. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong technical and analytical skills in digester biology and plant operations, the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, proficiency in Excel, process monitoring software, and ERP, and a safety-oriented mindset.
