The project scope encompasses training customers, partners, campus hires, and lateral hires. This involves creating digital content for Oracle University, developing collaterals and lab exercises, designing training curriculum, setting up lab environments, and providing support to participants. You will also assist in evaluating participants through exercises and creating question banks for assessment purposes. As an IC4, your primary responsibilities will include delivering technical training to customers and internal stakeholders on various products, producing digital content for product training, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding participants through lab exercises. You will be responsible for setting up and deploying training environments, supporting parameterization processes, and preparing necessary collaterals and logistics.
