Lab Designer

You will be joining Citizen Industries, a prominent provider of laboratory furnishing solutions specializing in Chemistry lab furniture and animal caging systems for pre-clinical trial units. With a focus on incorporating cutting-edge technology into its products, the company continually enhances its offerings to cater to the evolving needs of the research community. Moreover, Citizen Industries produces a comprehensive range of air filters and air purification systems customized to address various end-user requirements. As a full-time Lab Designer based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will revolve around creating innovative laboratory layouts, selecting suitable furniture and equipment, and ensuring the lab environment adheres to optimal functionality and safety standards. This role necessitates close collaboration with architects, engineers, and scientists to develop efficient and forward-thinking lab spaces that foster productivity and innovation. Key qualifications for this position include proficiency in CAD software for lab design, a deep understanding of laboratory furniture and equipment prerequisites, experience in space planning and layout design, the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams, keen attention to detail, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Prior exposure to lab design or architecture is considered advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is required.,
