Lab Associate

PROCESSING TEAM (RNR) 1) Processing of samples - Perform routine molecular diagnostic tests and experiments according to protocols. 2) Responsible for the preparation and usage of chemicals and reagents. 3) Document all activities carried out in the laboratory. 4) Interpret results based on findings. 5) Keep records of samples, procedures performed, and equipment maintenance 6) Ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of experimental procedures through rigorous quality control measures. 7) Troubleshoot experimental protocols and methodologies as needed to optimize results. 8) Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure their proper functioning. 9) Track and record laboratory supplies and reagents. 10) Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
