Job Description

  • 4+ years experience in Life & Annuities (L&A) insurance operations back office and end to end insurance operations
  • Manage day-to-day insurance back-office operations related to policy servicing, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims.
  • Perform data entry, validation, and documentation for new business, renewals, and policy changes.
  • Support underwriting teams with risk data analysis, quotes, and document verification.
  • Handle claims intake, adjudication support, and claims payment processing as per policy terms.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data processing in line with client SLAs and regulatory standards.
  • Reconcile policy data, premiums, and loss ratios to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and deliver daily/weekly reports and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Identify process gaps, exceptions, and improvement opportunities to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with onshore teams, clients, and quality teams for issue resolution and performance enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with client guidelines, data privacy, and insurance regulatory requirements.
