What you will get to do Support and participate in L7 s quality management system (QMS) by complying with the Quality Policy and SOPs, and by meeting L7 s QMS objectives. Perform manual software quality assurance testing on ESP platform. Write detailed test cases on new and enhanced features based on software requirements documentation. Participate as a QA representative in Feature Review meetings. Identify, record, document, and track bugs using JIRA Help in the creation and maintenance of quality systems, processes, and documentation aligned with GAMP standards. Verify and validate software using SpiraTest. Perform diagnosis, documentation, and aid in remediation of identified quality concerns. Other responsibilities as assigned. What will make you a good fit Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related subject. 5-7 years of relevant experience in software quality assurance. Experience using agile/scrum process for software development and testing. Knowledge of common software development infrastructure and tooling (e.g., AWS, Jenkins, git, etc.). Experience working in regulated environment, such as GXP (e.g., GMP or GLP), or in an environment with a quality or security system that is externally audited (e.g., by the FDA or ISO). Experience in software quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive English-language test cases. Ability to learn complex technical application systems and work in fast-paced, deadline- driven environment. Strong team player with good communication and organizational skills. Job Purpose: To write and perform automated tests on L7 Informatics software product Enterprise Science Platform (ESP), and ensure it meets quality requirements. Responsibilities: Develop, design, and configure test automation using Cypress and Playwright. Perform automated tests for end-to-end verification and validation of ESP apps. Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers. Continuously work on improving current processes. Ensure test automation is reliable and easy to maintain. Identify, record, document, and track bugs in JIRA. Define and document test plans and specifications required for regulatory compliance. Perform debugging and root cause analysis of product issues or defects. Work closely with developers to build quality into our development process. Help in the creation and maintenance of quality systems, processes, and documentation aligned with GAMP standards. Promote quality in end-to-end processes from development to release. Education, Experience, and Skills Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience with front-end test automation tools and libraries. Strong experience with scripting and programming languages (JavaScript, Python, shell scripting). Working knowledge of, and experience testing APIs (REST, GraphQL) Familiarity with relational databases (SQL). Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, system dependencies, and product integration phases. Experience using agile/scrum process. Ability to learn complex technical application systems. Experience working with validated software, such as software validated according to GAMP 5 or FDAs General Principles of Software Validation. Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter). Experience with cloud computing services (Azure). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. BS/MS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
