We Are Hiring Production Manager / Senior Manager Location: Narsapura Industrial Area, Kolar Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only We are looking for an experienced Manager/Sr. Manager - Production to lead our Special Process Section . The ideal candidate will be responsible for production planning, team leadership, cost control, and ensuring high-quality output while managing high-volume, multi-mix sheet metal parts. Key Responsibilities: Lead SST section operations: manage equipment, resources, and production schedules Ensure KPI achievements: Production Plan vs Actual, FTR, Operating cost, resource utilization Maintain compliance with EHS, NADCAP, Airbus & Boeing standards Drive process improvement and operational excellence Coordinate with cross-functional teams: Quality, PPC, Engineering Handle customer audits and maintain communication standards Qualification & Experience: Education: B.Tech (Chemical Engineering preferred) or Equivalent Experience: Minimum 15 years in Aerospace / Automotive industry Prior experience in special processes like: TSA, BSA, CAA, Hard & Sulphuric Anodizing, Alodine, Passivation, Pickling, Chemical Milling Strong knowledge of jigging concepts, aerospace quality standards Exposure to NADCAP audits Good leadership, planning, and team management skills Reasonable communication and inter-department coordination Interested candidates, please send your resume to: thanuja@delighthr.com Subject Line: Applying for Production Manager/Senior Manager Include in the email body: Current CTC Expected CTC Notice Period Current Location
