L3 Support Engineer API Management (Axway & Apigee)

As an L3 Support Engineer specializing in API Management with expertise in Axway and Apigee, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Axway API Gateway and Amplify. You will customize, configure, and upgrade Axway products, develop API policies for security, traffic control, and transformation, and provide L3 support while troubleshooting complex issues. Additionally, you will integrate with enterprise systems, automate workflows, perform software updates, and maintain documentation. Monitoring performance using ELK, Splunk, and Dynatrace will also be part of your key responsibilities. In the realm of Apigee API Management, you will manage Apigee API development, Developer Portal, and Shared Flows. Your tasks will include enforcing security, mediation, and traffic policies, as well as integrating with Google Cloud Infrastructure. Your role demands strong hands-on experience with Axway API Gateway and Amplify, along with skills in policy development, patching, upgrades, and familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, CI/CD. Proficiency in scripting in Unix/Linux and JavaScript, as well as an understanding of OAuth2, JWT, and TLS are essential for success in this position. In the Apigee domain, your experience in API development and shared flows, along with familiarity with Google Cloud Infrastructure, will be crucial. Soft skills such as an independent and proactive work style, strong analytical capabilities, and proficient documentation skills are highly valued.
