As a Network Implementation L3 member of the NOC team, you will be responsible for providing design and implementation of network devices. Your role will involve advanced-level responsibilities and expertise in managing and enhancing the network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will provide high-level technical guidance and support across multiple vendor products, emphasizing networking and system administration. A robust comprehension of Routing & Switching administration, networking, and virtualization is crucial. **Key Responsibilities:** - Good in Network Implementation, Mandatory certifications: CCIE or equivalent - Previous experience in Cisco or Juniper L3 TAC Support engineers is highly preferred - Take ownership of high priority or sensitive customer issues and ensure prompt network services restoration and issue resolution to the customer's satisfaction, by using a systematic problem-solving approach - Hands-on experience in managing Enterprise/Data Centre LAN/WAN Infrastructure and performing day-to-day Network operations activities - Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP) - Managing Arista/Juniper/Cisco devices, troubleshooting and supporting complex LAN networks - Design and implement business solutions using common network equipment, Including SDWAN and MPLS technologies understanding - Monitor and diagnose performance issues, collaborating with third-party support/service vendors to ensure network operational stability - Respond to network alerts, hardware malfunctions, and diagnose/troubleshoot network issues - Provide second- or third-line network level support for Routing Protocols to Customers, Partners, account teams, and other internal technical support teams - Create Standard Operating Procedures for Operations and update knowledge base articles - Familiarity with network analysis tools like Infra On, SolarWinds, Nagios, Checkmk, and Splunk - Preferably skilled in Linux/Unix and proficient in coding languages **Qualification Required:** - BE/B-Tech or equivalent with Computer Science/IT or Electronics & Communication - Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) - Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE) - Cisco Certified Network Professional in Routing & Switching (CCNP R&S) - Juniper Certified Datacenter Expert (JNCIE-DC) - Enterprise Routing and Switching, Expert (JNCIE-ENT) - Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) The company is looking for a candidate with 12+ years of Network implementation & working experience encompassing LAN (wired & wireless), WAN, Network, server, Storage, and Backup environments. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of various protocols, routing protocols, network security, and troubleshooting complex network-related issues. Additionally, proficiency in various network monitoring tools, switch technologies, wireless networks, WAN optimizers, and load balancers is required. Good communication skills, customer-facing experience, and the ability to tackle problems creatively in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
