Technical Skillsets: Extensive experience with advanced networking technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VPNs. Strong knowledge of network security concepts and technologies (e.g., firewalls, IPSec, SSL/TLS). Hands-on experience with network devices and equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and others. Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools. Experience with network design, optimization, and troubleshooting. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Certifications (Preferred): Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA CCNP , CCIE,) are highly preferable.
