As a talented UI/UX Designer, you will be an integral part of our team, tasked with creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces. Your role will involve close collaboration with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless user experiences, from initial wireframing to the final design implementation. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing requirements, developing prototypes, conducting testing, and facilitating the handoff to the development team. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design. You must have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and user testing to optimize design solutions is highly valued. Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) would be advantageous. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary for effective teamwork with developers and stakeholders.
