As a Lead Engineer (QA) Application Delivery & Networking domain , we look towards you as an SME with very good understanding Network Solution Architectures, Application Delivery Controller (ADC) & Advanced Load Balancer . Your role would be to build & deliver overall QA Test (Automation & Manual) testing. As part of Application Delivery team, You will be responsible for ensuring high quality of next generation products and solutions. 1) New Feature Verification test especially ADC and SSLi related features 2) Finding software defective at early stage of software release (EA or initial GA) to assure SW quality 3) Install, configure and maintain the hardware and software test environment 4) Apply specialized expertise in understanding issues, research and provide solutions 5) Work with engineering and support teams on improving product quality, and recreation of customer reported issues 6) Share responsibility for improving testing methodology, processes, strategies and techniques; incorporate these improvements into the overall testing processKey Skill / Words (Mandatory) Advanced TCP/IP networking knowledge (IPv4/IPv6) Layer 4-7 load balancing expertise Experience with core protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, TCP/UDP) Strong Python automation and scripting abilities Traffic generation tool proficiency (particularly IXIA) Technical test plan development experience Bug reproduction and verification capabilities ADC testing experience (load balancing methods, clustering) Linux operating system competency JIRA defect tracking proficiency Primary Skills Layer 2-3 networking (VLAN, trunking, EtherChannel) Routing protocols expertise (OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, RIP, BFD) Security protocols (SSL/TLS 1.2/1.3, SAML, ICAP, Kerberos) NAT implementation and IPv6 migration paths Stress and performance testing methodologies Health monitoring protocol implementation Virtualization environments (VMware, ESXi, Hyper-V) Distributed system testing experience Clear technical documentation abilities Secondary skills Network security feature testing Public/private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, OCI, OpenStack) Application security testing (WAF, DAF, NG-WAF) VRRP and VCS implementations Process improvement and metrics optimization KVM and Cockpit environments Educational/professional qualification requiredBachelor in Computer Science or equivalent.
