Role & responsibilities Provide advanced L2 support for server, virtualization, and desktop infrastructure. Design, create, and optimize Group Policies and global IT policies across multi-domain environments. Hands on knowledge and experience working on Windows OS (Client OS and Server OS) Hands on knowledge and experience on Active Directory, Azure Administration, O365 Administration. Manage and support Windows Servers , including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Work extensively with virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware . Configure and manage VDI solutions , especially using VMware Horizon . Set up and maintain Remote Desktop Services , including complex multi-user environments. Perform image refresh, deployment, and configuration of Thin Clients . Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Veeam . Collaborate with internal and external teams to support IT infrastructure for multiple clients. Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes. Required Skills: Proven experience in L2 IT Infrastructure Support Hands-on expertise in MSP environments and multi-client infrastructure management Strong understanding of Group Policy , Active Directory , DNS , and DHCP Proficient in VMware , Hyper-V , Horizon View , and overall virtualization technologies Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication In-depth knowledge of Remote Desktop Services and Thin Client configuration & image deployment Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
