Role & responsibilities: Responding to application Support Requests and Incidents which involve troubleshooting. Handle multiple Citrix sessions relating to users issues. Knowledge on ITIL process. Identify and resolve issues of Windows, VPN, Microsoft applications including O365. Strong follow-up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback. Prioritizing customer queries and escalating technical issues to L3 team. Being a 24x7 operation, the candidate should be willing to work in shifts. Have proficiency with helpdesk and remote desktop programs. Preferred prior experience on Service Now. Preferred candidate profile: Written and oral fluency in English. Relieving & Experience Letters of all the previous organizations worked with. Candidate must have completed Degree / Diploma from a renowned University.
