As a Manager - Information Security at MCX based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of security technologies through operational oversight. With a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields, along with 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity (including 3+ years in managerial roles), you will be responsible for managing L2 activities and listed technologies hands-on. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing L2 activities, incident response, audits, and reviews of security operations. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and SOPs for security technologies and processes, ensuring compliance and standardization. Additionally, you will configure, optimize, and maintain various security tools while evaluating their effectiveness and ensuring integration with the organization's IT infrastructure. In this role, you will lead threat hunting efforts, collaborate with stakeholders for risk mitigation, and manage security incidents promptly. You will generate security reports, communicate with stakeholders, and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills in security tools and best practices.
