Job Description -Looking for a Solution Architect in Insurance domain who brings a blend of strong technical expertise combined with deep Insurance industry knowledge. -The candidate needs to be a strategic thinker with expertise and ambition to adopt emerging technology to build commercially viable solutions to address gaps & white spaces in the Insurance domain -15 20 years of experience in the Insurance industry or IT services industry with focus on Insurance / financial services verticals -Basic knowledge of both long-term and short-term insurance is mandatory; the depth and expertise could be in either one (preferably long-term) -Knowledge of insurance industry value chain across L&A and P&C is mandatory -Constant up-to-date knowledge of latest trends in the Insurance Industry and emergence of InsurTech ecosystem -Candidate should have had working experience with Insurance Industry COTS products like FIS Compass, Sapiens, Vantage, Guidewire, Sapiens, etc. -Proven track record of building commercially viable Insurance industry solutions covering MACH principles - Micro services, APIs. Cloud, and headless Architecture -Candidate should have led Architecture definition & Solution Design and overseen end-to-end implementation programs -Candidate should be able to define tech stack for a proposed solution and also lead the effort estimation -Be able to work with multiple technical teams and drive the solution development -Candidate should be well-versed with emerging trends and technologies in the AI space and experience of building a GenAI based solution is a big plus. AI -At least 5 years of hands-on experience with target operating model definition, business case creation, program roadmap definition and organization change management -Stakeholder management including hands on experience interacting with the C Suite (both business and technology) is mandatory -Presentation skills with crisp and clear articulation of the solution is a must -Must have experience of working with clients across multiple regions – USA, UK, Europe in a global delivery setup etc.

Role & responsibilities Documented monthly performance review of Agents and Assistant Managers. • Executive quarterly and annual appraisals of Agents and Assistant Managers and consequent development processes effectively. Appraisal of Agents based on evaluation of metrics performance and of non-metrics based parameters. Mentor Agents and TL • Drive reward and recognition activity on the floor. Get participation and create enthusiasm. • Drive process improvement activity on the floor using process excellence methodology. Be the champion for improvement on the floor. Identify areas for improvement, scope projects and involve relevant others. Create enthusiasm for the process. • Review Performance of the KPIs on a near term basis and develop plans for improvement in performance. • Stay in touch with the Client at the Process Owner level on a daily basis to review progress. • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.
