Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Engineer to join our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing engineering and technical materials, equipment, and services to meet production and operational needs, while ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery. Role & responsibilities Identify and evaluate suppliers for raw materials, mechanical/electrical components, and engineering services. Analyze technical requirements and ensure supplier capabilities align with specifications. Source and procure items based on engineering drawings, BOMs, and production schedules. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers. Manage RFQ/RFP processes and perform vendor comparisons and evaluations. Summary The Store Executive is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory, leading the sales team, and ensuring a superior shopping experience for customers. Inventory & Warehouse Management Maintain accurate records of raw materials, spare parts, consumables, and finished goods. Implement inventory control methods like FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) to optimize material usage. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between system records and actual inventory. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials according to industry standards. 2. Material Handling & Logistics Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming goods for quality and accuracy against purchase orders. Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies or issues. Manage the issuance of materials to production lines based on job orders and maintain records of goods issued. Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, packing lists, and gate passes for outgoing shipments. 3.
