Position Overview:

We are seeking a KYC & Back Office Executive to join our Finance Department at our Gurgaon (Sector 66 – Golf Course Extension Road) office. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in KYC documentation, data entry, and back-office operations within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform KYC verification and documentation of customers as per regulatory guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain and update accurate records in the internal systems and databases.
• Handle back-office operations, including data entry, account management, and verification of client information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or incomplete documentation.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other regulatory authorities regarding customer onboarding.
• Assist in preparing and submitting daily/weekly reports related to KYC and operations.
• Provide support to finance and operations teams for smooth execution of processes.

Key Requirements:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Finance, or related fields).
• 1–3 years of experience in KYC verification, back-office, or operations in banking, NBFC, or FinTech organization.
• Knowledge of financial products, KYC norms, and compliance guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with confidential information.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data management tools.
