Job Title : Centre Admin – Kumon Learning Centre Location : Bengaluru, Karnataka – 560103 Job Type : Full-time Work Schedule : Monday to Friday : 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM Saturday : 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a reliable and organized Centre Admin to support day-to-day operations at our Kumon Learning Centre. The role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, communicates well in English, and enjoys working in a structured educational environment. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of Kumon’s worksheet-based learning method. Key Responsibilities Centre Operations Support Organize and prepare monthly worksheet packets as per Kumon level structure. Manage worksheet filing systems for active and progressing students. Ensure all class materials and supplies are ready before class hours. Parent & Student Coordination Communicate with parents regarding student progress, homework expectations, and level transitions. Maintain a professional, supportive tone in all parent interactions (in person, on phone, or via message). Assist the Instructor with setting and following up on individual learning goals. Administrative Tasks Track fee payments and maintain accurate fee records. Follow up on pending dues politely and professionally. Keep attendance records, performance trackers, and student information up to date. Marking & Recording (Training Provided) Support worksheet marking and ensure scoring is entered accurately. Maintain level progress sheets and student folders with attention to detail. Qualifications Minimum qualification: Intermediate / 12th Pass Must know basic Math and English (as per school-level) Should be able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written) Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets, printing, etc.) Prior experience in education or admin support roles is an added advantage Additional Requirement Must be able to commute reliably or relocate to the centre location before the start date. Role Overview: The Kumon English Instructor will be responsible for guiding students through the Kumon Method, helping them build strong reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing skills. This role requires a commitment to fostering independent learning and ensuring students develop confidence in their abilities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Kumon English instruction, ensuring students progress effectively. Evaluate performance through worksheet assessments and provide tailored support. Encourage self-learning by guiding students in problem-solving and critical thinking. Maintain and update student records while communicating progress with parents. Conduct sessions in-person or online, adapting teaching methods as needed. Assist in outreach initiatives, including educational events and community engagement. Participate in ongoing Kumon Method training to refine instructional techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field (required). Strong command of the English language with excellent reading and writing skills(required). Passion for working with children. Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Prior teaching experience or familiarity with the Kumon Method is an advantage.
