Position : Full-Time (12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday) Weekly Offs : Wednesdays and Sundays Job Summary : We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kumon Assistant Instructor to join our Akshaya Nagar center. In this role, you will support students in mastering the Kumon curriculum, assist in daily center operations, and maintain effective communication with students and parents. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about working with children. Key Responsibilities : Guide students aged 3 -15 years through the Kumon method, helping them build self-learning skills. Administer worksheets, conduct assessments, and track progress using diagnostic tools. Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to foster independent learning. Monitor and record individual progress to tailor learning plans. Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping and material management. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and team members to ensure a positive and productive learning environment. Qualifications: Experience: 1yr - 5yrs Education: Graduate in any discipline; proficiency in Maths and/or English up to highschool level Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities. Patient, organized, and passionate about working with children. Minimum 1 year of relevant teaching or tutoring experience preferred Eagerness to learn and implement Kumon's smallstep, self-learning methodology Gender: Female candidates only
