Drive employee engagement, trust-building, and inclusive culture. Oversee performance management, appraisals, and employee development. Ensure statutory compliance (labor laws, contract labor, etc.). Formulate and update HR policies as per best practices. Adopt HR technology and analytics for decision-making. Manage HR operations across multiple plants/units. Present HR insights/metrics to leadership and influence decisions. Requirements 10–15+ years of HR experience in Manufacturing / FMCG / Food industry. Experience in plant-level HR, multi-location operations, and HR set-up. Strong knowledge of managing both blue- & white-collar workforce. Proven ability in HR policy, compliance, and organizational change. Familiar with HR technologies, ERP, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
